Refund policy

All new products purchased from the CATEYE website are unopened and can be returned for a full refund within 30 days (return shipping costs are non-refundable).
Note: If the item has been opened and inspected for customs clearance, it must be returned sealed by the relevant customs.

Refunds for your purchase will be made to the same credit or debit card you used to place your order.

If for any reason the same credit or debit card is not available, the customer must contact CATEYE to make other arrangements regarding the charge of the purchase price or the refund of the debit.

To return a purchase, please send an email to order@cateyebinoculars.com to receive a return authorization. The email must include the web order number and the reason for the return request. CATEYE will send you an email with instructions for your return, as well as a shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number). The RMA number must be found on the outside of the return package. Please note that returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.s

If the product is initially defective after opening, please send an e-mail to the order@cateyebinoculars.jp. The email must include the web order number and symptoms. After returning the product and arriving at the authorized service center, we will check the product and return it after repairing the faulty part in the event of a malfunction.

Please note: If the returned item is not in the stated condition with all accessories included, it will not be restocked. No full refunds will be given for returned products that have been used or show damage from use stains or submersion or impact.

Please note that all charges associated with returning the product to an authorized service center are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

When returning this product, the original purchaser must prepay all shipping, shipping, shipping, insurance, and shipping charges. The product you are returning must be returned with packaging and shipping materials that provide adequate protection for the product. As a reminder, CATEYE is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transportation to an authorized service center, but will assist in processing insurance claims whenever possible.
